All new authors must create an account in order to submit their manuscript.
Before making such a new-author submission, please contact the Conference Editor to assure that it is eligible for consideration.
Important Note for All Contributors: At this time we do not accept the .DOCX file format created from Office 2007/2008.
Please save all Word .DOCX files back to the previous .DOC file format (Word 2003), and submit the resulting .DOC file rather than your .DOCX version.
These instructions outline the process of "back-saving" your files in the accepted format.
